AGED CARE CNS are a locally based Nursing Agency providing caring,experienced Registered Nurses to Aged Care Facilities within the Sutherland Shire. CNS nurses are reliable and dedicated and understand the complex health care needs of the Aged. Scope of practice and care is modelled on the ACFI and the 3 domains therein. Our experienced nurses demonstrate initiative and leadership in the daily operations of Aged Care Facilities and are competent in the supervision and guidance of Aged Care workers We are strongly committed to offering a high standard of professionalism and reliability combined with care and compassion for the individual client.
